Directions to the United Church

The United Church is on PA Route 96 in Schellsburg, just north of the intersection of Route 96 and U.S. Route 30. U.S. 30 also is called "Pitt Street" and the "Lincoln Highway", depending on your map or computer program.

From BEDFORD and points east and southeast, follow U.S. 30 into Schellsburg. At the traffic light marking the intersection of PA 96 and U.S. 30, turn right and go up the hill about 1/10 of a mile. The church is on the right with parking lots before and after the building.

From SOMERSET and points west and southwest, follow U.S. 30 into Schellsburg. At the traffic light marking the intersection of PA 96 and U.S. 30, turn left and go up the hill about 1/10 of a mile. The church is on the right with parking lots before and after the building.

From ALTOONA, JOHNSTOWN, and points north, follow PA 56 to the intersection of PA 56 and PA 96. Turn to follow PA 96 South for about 10 miles into Schellsburg. The church is on the left immediately before the traffic light at U.S. 30 with parking lots before and after the building.

From the south, the faster routes are U.S. 220 into Bedford to pick up U.S. 30 or U.S. 219 north of Somerset to U.S. 30. PA 96 also comes up from Cumberland, Maryland, and Ridgely, West Virginia into Schellsburg; follow PA 96 through the intersection with U.S. 30; go up the hill about 1/10 of a mile. The church is on the right with parking lots before and after the building.
